Return Policy

      General Return and Cancellation Policies

      Return Policy

      All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

      If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or exchange depending on your situation and the type of item you purchased. We reserve the right to charge a handling fee on all items returned for non-quality issues.

      For products that don’t fall within the Product-Specific policies You may start a dispute about retuning your item by contacting Customer Service and requesting the return within 7 days after receiving your order.

      If we shipped you an incorrect item: You have the following options: 1) exchanging it for the correct item, 2) returning it for a full refund. Customers must confirm your eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back. In many cases, you have 7 days after receiving your order to contact Customer Service and request a return or exchange. Make sure to read the Product-Specific policies below for more details (when applicable) and exceptions.

      If we send you an item in the wrong color: You are eligible for a full refund after Customer Service confirms you received the wrong color. Perceived color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund.

      If an item is missing from your order: Contact Customer Service to inform us an item is missing from your order. After we have confirmed that the item was missing, we will offer a full refund of the item’s price or begin processing a new one for you within 3-7 days.

      If your package is lost during shipping: Contact Customer Service to inform us you didn't receive your package. Once we confirm with the courier that your package is lost, we will offer a refund or resend your items.

      If we send you a defective or damaged item: You are eligible for a full refund or exchange. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service photographs which can showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, Customer Service will need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as "Proof of Damage" documentation to process your exchange or refund. Alternatively, you can open the package in front of the delivery person and if you find that the item was damaged during shipping, you can reject it. Yoniyo will then ship you a new item immediately.

      Cancellation Policy

      Many orders can be cancelled at no charge until shipment. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email entitled "Shipment Notification for order#XXXXXXX with Yoniyo.com." Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns.

      Exceptions: Due to the customized feature of  Weddings & Events, Wigs, Women’s Fashion, Wall Art, and Costumes/Anime items, we only allow cancellations within the time frames listed in the Product-Specific policies below. Beyond the time limits, restocking/processing fees may apply to cancellations in these above categories even if the order has not been shipped. Please read the Product-Specific policies meticulously.

      Electronics

      This category includes:Computers, Cell phones, Video Games, Mp3, Car Electronics

      Return Policy

      Electronics with no quality problem are eligible for a refund of 70% of it's price within 7 days after receiving your order. The remaining 30% will be kept as a restocking fee. The price of any item or accessory lost during the return process will also be deducted from the refund.

      Quality Issues:

      We offer customers a 30 day warranty on all of our electronics. Once Customer Service has confirmed the product was not damaged on purpose, electronics with quality problems are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 30 days after delivery to the customer. When requesting the refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with photographs clearly showing any issues related to manufacturing, including malfunctioning buttons or damage to the motherboard, screen and accessories.

      Weddings & Events

      Cancellation Policy

      We understand that order a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy is created with that in mind. However, it is important to note that our clothing and some accessories (including shoes, sashes, and wraps) are made-to-measure. Once the creation process begins, the materials cannot be reused no matter you order a standard or custom size. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to change your mind. Please refer to our cancellation and return policies below for details.

      For all Wedding Dresses, Wedding Party Dresses, Special Occasion Dresses, Shoes, Dance shoes, Sashes, Wraps, Personalized Ceremony Sand & Favors, Lingerie, Jewelry Boxes, and any other Personalized items:

      - Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation* will be eligible for a full refund.

      - Orders cancelled within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation* will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

      - Orders cancelled more than 72 hours after payment confirmation* will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

      For all Coats & Jackets, Non-Personalized Ceremony & Favors, Dancewear, Dance Accessories, Headpieces, Jewelry (except Jewelry Boxes), Handbags, Gloves, Swatches, Wedding Veils, Wedding Flowers, Wedding Garment Bags:

      - Orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until shipment.
      - For all orders: Once your items have been shipped, the order can no longer been cancelled.

      Return Policy

      Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the dress or clothing has been made to the standard size or custom measurements that you specified. Try on your dress or clothing as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the dress.

      If you want to return or exchange the dresses, clothing, or accessories, please make sure that they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint as well as hair and with tags intact and attached.

      Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

      For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, please refer to our General Return and Cancellation Policies above.

      Sizing or Fitting Issues

      As all of our dresses and clothing are hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your item will still fit you perfectly, our tailors have created all our dresses with additional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily.

      1. Item in the wrong size from you order
      If your item size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 100% of the product price for tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor for the copy must be provided when request reimbursement.


      2. Your item is the size you order but does not fit

      Dresses or clothing that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you order cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses and clothing are made with additional fabric in the seams, you can go to a local tailor for minor adjustments, at your own expense.
      Please note that if your order specifications differ greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be helpful.


      Color Mismatch

      The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Yoniyo.com. Slight color mismatches between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

      Overdue Orders

      If an item cannot be shipped by the originally stated time, Customer Service will offer you the options of keeping or canceling your order. Customers whose item(s) are overdue by no more than 10 days can choose to cancel the item(s) and get a full refund, or keep the item(s) and get a 30% reimbursement upon delivery. Customers whose item(s) are overdue by more than 10 days have the options of canceling for a full refund, or keeping the item(s) at no cost except shipping fees.

      Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:

      1. Personalized items, dyed items.

      2. Perishables, earrings (including jewelry sets containing earrings), and personal care items (including lingerie).


      Return Process

      1)      Contact Customer Service within 30 days after your items being shipped off.
      We need you to provide an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

      *When you receive an email entitled "Shipment Notification for order#XXXXXXX with Hxlstore.com," your order has been shipped.


      2)     Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back as soon as possible.

        Your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days once it arrived at our company. After your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow us up to two billing cycles to credit the refund to your account. Attentions: Returned items in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and cannot be shipped back to you.

      Faucets

      Return Policy

      All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, or color/style/size errors must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly show the problem of the received item. We recommend checking the items when they arrive and contacting Customer Service immediately if there are any problems. Replacements and refunds are not available for faucets without quality issues. Replacements and refunds are not available for faucet with no quality issues.

      All of our faucets come with a 6-month limited warranty.

      Overdue Orders

      If an item cannot be shipped by the originally stated time, Customer Service will offer you the options of keeping or canceling your order.       Return Policy

      Items on Hxlstore.com without quality issues are eligible for refunds of 85% of the original price within 7 days after receiving the items. The remaining 15% will be kept as a restocking fee. Returned items should be in brand-new condition with the original packaging. The cost by any item or accessory lost during the return process will be deducted from your refund.

      Wigs

      Return Policy

      Wigs are eligible for return within 7 days after arriving if the customer finds quality issues. For example, receives the wrong item, experiences an allergic reaction, has a package lost or damaged during shipping. When requesting the return for an allergic reaction, please provide Customer Service with medical proof (such as a doctor's note).

      Custom wigs can only be returned for the above reasons. If you order a custom wig that is made to your requested size but doesn't fit properly, unfortunately it will not be qualified for a return.

      If your situation belongs to none of the above, and you are unsatisfied with your item, you may be eligible for an exchange or refund of 50% of the item’s price within 7 days after it arrives.

      If the wig you receive is not as described on Yoniyo, including hair texture, color, or size, contact Customer Service within 7 days after it arrives and provide photographs showing the differences.

      As we don’t sell refurbished or pre-owned items, any wig you return must be unaltered, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags and packaging. 
      Showing any sign of alteration, damage or use, the item cannot be returned.
      Items that are unaltered, undamaged and unused, but not in original condition and packaging, are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be on the agreed refund.


      Cancellation Policy

      For custom wigs:

      - Order cancellation requests received within 24 hours of payment confirmation* will be eligible for a full refund.

      - Order cancellation requests received within 24 to 72 hours after payment confirmation* will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price.

      - Item cancellation requests received more than 72 hours after payment confirmation* will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost.

      - Once your items have been shipped off, they can no longer be cancelled.

      All other wig orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until shipment.

      Makeup

      Return Policy

      Due to the personal nature of makeup that cannot be returned or exchanged except that the wrong item is shipped, there are quality issues, or the customer suffers from allergies directly related to our products.

      If you do suffer an allergic reaction, you are eligible for a return within 7 days after receiving the items on the condition that no more than 1/3rd of the makeup is used. When requesting the return, please provide Customer Service with medical proof of the allergic reaction (such as a doctor's note).

      Makeup orders can be changed or cancelled for a full refund up until shipment.

      Tattoos and Body Art

      Return Policy

      All Tattoo and Body Art items except sterilized ones such as needles and inks are eligible for return within 7 days after arriving, but a 20% restocking fee will be on refunds when not return for quality issues or allergies. All returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, showing no sign of being tampered.

      If you do have an allergic reaction, no more than 1/3rd of the tattoos or body art item can be used when request return and you also have to provide Customer Service with medical proof of the allergic reaction (such as a doctor's note).

      Tattoo and body art orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until shipment.

      Fashion

      Return Policy

      All Fashion items EXCEPT FOR lingerie (Panties, Swimwear) and items from the Sale Category can be returned for a full refund or exchange as long as they fall into the following categories. 

      PLEASE NOTE: Special occasion dresses and wedding dresses are not included in the Fashion category.


      Quality Issues:

      Fashion items with quality issues (including damaged or faulty goods) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days after receiving.


      Wrong Item Shipped:

      We will exchange Fashion items once we have confirmed that the item sent to you is not the style or color you ordered.


      Wrong Size:

      If you order the incorrect size, you can send your garment back in exchange for the desired size. You will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.


      Customized Apparel

      We only return 50% of the item’s total cost on refund or cancellations of customized products at any stage.

      Lingerie (Panties, Swimwear) and final sale (50% off or above) items cannot be returned or refunded for any reason other than Quality Issues.

      For items being eligible for exchange or return, they must be returned unused as well as unworn with tags attached, and in resalable condition with the original packaging. You will receive refund/exchange after we have received and checked the package you return. We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange of any item with signs of wear, damage, or removed tags.


      Requesting Refunds or Exchanges

      Please be ready to provide:

      1.      Original order number

      2.      Reason for exchange

      3.      Photographs clearly showing the problem with the item

      4.      Name, number and color of the item to be exchanged

      5.      Shipping address and phone number


      Cancellation Policy

      All Fashion items can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Customized products cancelled before shipping will receive a refund of 50% of the item’s total cost.

      Costumes and Anime Merchandise

      Return Policy

      Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the costumes and other items have been made to your order specifications.

      As all of our costumes are hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished costumes may vary by approximately 1 inch in either direction of the specified measurements.       Costumes that do not fit properly but match the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. However, they are made with additional fabric in the seams so it is convenient to make minor size alterations.

      Cancellation Policy

      We hope you to have fun with cosplay purchases from us. Thus a good deal of cosplay item on Yoniyo is specifically made, guaranteeing the best fit for you. It is important to note that the materials are unable to reuse once making process begins, for our clothing and some accessories, shoes as well as cosplay weapons are made to order.       Return Policy

      All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with the original tags as well as packaging. Requests to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly show the problem with the item received.

      Replacements and refunds are not available for paintings without quality issues. Returns will not be accepted if the painting is custom-made or there is deliberate damage.

      Return Policy

      We allow returns and replacements of lights if there is any quality issue found within 7 days after receiving your item. Replacements and refunds are not available for lights without quality issues.

      Requesting a Return or Cancellation

      Yoniyo has a very easy system that is quite convenient for you to track all of your purchases and allow you to request a return if you have any problem with your order.

      Our Customer Service representatives determine your eligibility for refunds and exchanges once customers have contacted us and explained their reason for return and exchange.  Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.

      Returns

      Sign in to My Orders and click on the order you need to deal with. At the bottom of the page among your shipping list, you will find the option “Returns & Refunds”.

      When you click on “Returns & Refunds”, please fill out the form and include as many details as possible, upload photos that clearly show the problem with the item (if necessary), and the requested replacement item’s name, number and color (if necessary). Then the Customer Service will review your request and respond within 24 hours.

      Once Customer Service has approved your request, please send the item and the completed Product Return Form back as soon as possible. When we have received your package, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days and then your exchange or refund will be issued.

      If you are requesting a refund along with your return, please allow us up to two billing cycles to credit the refund to your account after your items have been received and your return has been confirmed.

      Cancellations

      Sign in to My Orders and click on the order you need to deal with. After entry, go to the bottom of the page and look for the link saying "Cancel this Order." (Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled thus there is no cancel link.)
      After clicking on "Cancel this Order", please fill out the online form and then our Customer Service will respond within 24 hours.
