3.       Sensitive items: Sensitive items, such as battery, liquid, powder things are easy to be returned back, please choose carefully; In addition, those things cannot be delivered by DHL and EMS, please choose other shipping method;

4.       Big size and weight: The products with big size (longer than 1.4m) or heavy weight (more than 30kg) are difficult to be delivered. You’d better send us an email or message to confirm this;

5.       Tracking period: Usually, you can get the delivery information at the tracking site after your package has been shipped 3-5 days.
